When I saw these two products were being released I
instantly fell in love with its look. The golden bamboo style really enticed me
to purchase these products the day they were released in the UK (12th
March). I have only recently tried out the Hoola bronzer from Benefit and
instantly fell in love with it and wondered why I hadn't got it sooner.
Firstly is the Dew the Hoola Liquid Bronzer, it comes in
this beautiful bronze Hawaiian themed packaging. It does come with a little trick book which
says it works best either mixed in with foundation or used to contour. I
haven’t tried it in my foundation yet as my foundation is already slightly
darker than my skin and I don’t want it any darker. So I tried this to contour,
I did this by pumping a little out on my hand and then with my fingers applying
it where I would usually contour. I then blended it out with the elf ultimateblending brush.
The first photo is the result, however I didn't finish here, read on to see how I achieved the contour in the second picture.
I then used the Hoola Bronzing and Contouring Brush to add
more depth to contour. I went over where I had contoured with the Hoola
Bronzer, this really intensified my face structure. This brush is by far my
favourite to contour, it applied the product so perfectly. Benefit have created
to winning products in my eyes. I hope they continue to develop other products
like they have with Hoola because the Rockateur is also one of my favourite
benefit products and I would love to have it in liquid form.
