What I Got For My Birthday
I have thought about getting Naked 3 for months now but I could never justify the purchase as I already have so many similar eyeshadows. However I was lucky enough to have it bought for me and after owning it for just over a week I wish I purchased it months ago. It has quickly become one of my favourite eyeshadow palettes, its my favourite Naked palette.
The Too Faced Born this Way Concealer came out this month in the UK, I had heard so many mixed reviews on it on YouTube so I was curious to try it. I'm always on the look out for a new concealer to replace my all time favourite the Naked concealer. Even though this concealer lasted well and had good coverage, it made my under eyes look slightly dry throughout the day.
I was surprised to receive a three month GlossyBox subscription for my birthday as I had never mentioned wanting it but now I have it I think I'll continue to purchase it when my subscription ends. I received my first box shortly after entering my gift card code that comes in the little box and it had some new and interesting products in that I wouldn't usually purchase myself. I'm thinking of doing a GlossyBox review, let me know if anyone would be interested in seeing that.
Since I can remember I have used Marc Jacobs perfume and I was fancying a change so out of my birthday money I purchased Stella McCartney Pop. It was a hard choice, I went round every perfume stand and smelt them all but the scent of Pop stood out from the rest. It is a very summery/fresh/floral scent and its completely different to any perfume I've ever had.
I received some Makeup Geek eyeshadows for my Zpalette; Cinderella, Petal Pusher, Anarchy, Havoc, High tea and Peach Smoothie. I love Makeup Geek shadows, they are one of my favourite formulas, I love the fact they allow you to make your own palette.
This is something I've been excited about for months, I was lucky enough to have Huda Beauty Liquid Lipstick and Lip Contour for my birthday. These are in the shade Bombshell, a lovely medium/dusk pink shade. I've only quickly tried these out, I haven't had chance to fully test how long they last or if they fade throughout the day. All I know is that the colour is amazing and it will look lovely on many different skin tones.
I had this cute eyelash case, which will make storing my lashes a lot easier. I've popped a pair of Ardell Wispies in there to see how they fit and look. I think these are an amazing idea especially for travelling, you don't have to take all the boxes, just this cute little compact.
This is probably my favourite makeup gift of them all, the Becca and Jaclyn Hill split pan - Champagne pop and Flowerchild. I love my Face Palette from the same collection but I'm a sucker for the amazing packaging on this and I am one of those fans that will buy anything Jaclyn Hill. This is the first time I've tried flowerchild and its now my favourite blush, I can't get enough of it.

Hi Rebecca, it came with a travel sized mud mask and shower gel, an mua eyeshadow palette, a cleansing face brush and an little glossy box bag. So far I'm very happy with the products I've tried, I'll try out the rest today and get a blog post up reviewing it this week. I hope you will find this helpful😊
